i thought it was impossible

The water pipe was plugged... it had been for a week. The water department was on Easter vacation. I had resigned myself to the fact that there wasn't going to be any water. But you prayed.

The water pipe didn't unplug itself, the water department didn't come off vacation, but Mike and Dennis R. put their heads together and came up with some ideas. The street that the church is on has very strong pressure (probably because our street is plugged). The pressure was so strong that we could actually connect a long hose to the neighbor's water spigot and reach the storage tanks on the top of the two-story guest house. We actually put 500 gallons of water on top of the house in less than three hours.

Then, we took another hose and tapped into the water line coming to the church, and with that water filled our tank and Marshall and Jan's. Then I took a shower.
