"my hat" & motos

Friday night again. Weekends are just as wonderful here as they were at home. :) Overall we had a good week. Today we ran errands in Zamora and enjoyed spending a little time together. Tomorrow projects and planning are awaiting us, but sleep comes between now and then, so that's good. Here are a couple pictures I took this week that I thought you might enjoy...

We learned the word "hat" in 1st grade (yes, all my first graders are girls) and they created these... they look more like crowns or construction helmets, and they said so, but they still were pretty pleased. I came up with the idea in the three minutes before we actually did the project, so all things considered it could have been a lot worse. Unfortunately, none of them remembered the word "hat", but at least we had fun. 

We had a treat for lunch today - Zamora has a Domino's Pizza. I won't tell you how much pizza we ate, but I will show you how cool their pizza delivery vehicles (motos) are. Too bad they don't deliver to Ixtlan!
