v.b.s. week

The week after Brandon and Corin's wedding we had VBS. I taught the primary class with Brittany and Grant taught the 5th and 6th graders with Tristan. We thoroughly enjoyed the week and came away feeling very blessed to be a part of it. Here's a picture of Brittany and I with the four lil' cuties in our class:

Also during the week of VBS, I met Kristin in Bloomington for lunch at Schlotsky's (the picture was taken later, though)...

... and on Friday night of that week we had supper with our wonderful neighbors, Joe and Emily, which we really enjoyed. We want to be just like them when we grow up. :)

Saturday of that week, Father's Day weekend, was the First Annual Sam Kieser Reunion at Dad and Mom H's. It was a great combination of food, baseball, and rain. 

Then on Sunday afternoon, we went to visit Grandpa Herrmann...

... and then on to Rt. 24 again to complete our bi-weekly visit to Fairbury-Forrest (or so it seems). We enjoyed Waibel Father's Day at North Park. 

And then, a new week began. How does it always happen so quickly?
